Management

Mr. Bartole has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since November 2012; prior thereto, Mr. Bartole was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vero Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from September 2005 to November 2012. Mr. Bartole was also previously Vice President, Operations of True Energy and held management and engineering roles at Husky Energy Inc., Renaissance Energy Ltd. and PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd. He was also a director of Invicta Energy and other private corporations. Mr. Bartole is a member of APEGA, the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a governor of CAPP.

Mr. Dittmer has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at InPlay since October 2013. Prior thereto, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Energy Inc. from September 2008 until the sale of all of its assets in July 2013. Prior thereto, Mr. Dittmer was the Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Energy Inc. and prior Controller of Kereco Energy Ltd., Ketch Resources Ltd. and Upton Resources Inc.

Mr. Yakiwchuk is a Professional Geologist and has been the Vice President, Exploration at InPlay since November 2012. Prior thereto, Kevin was the Vice President, Exploration at Vero Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from September 2005 to November 2012. Prior thereto, Mr. Yakiwchuk was the Vice President, Exploration at True Energy, geologist at Crestar Energy Inc, Renaissance Energy Ltd. and Shell Canada.

Mr. Howard has held the role of Vice President, Operations of InPlay since May 2023. Previously, he was the Manager of Operations at Prairie Storm Energy.  Prior thereto, Mr. Howard was the Vice President, Production at Coral Hill Energy Ltd., and previously held engineering roles at Bellamont Exploration Ltd., Wave Energy Ltd., and Penn West Energy Trust.

Mr. Leonard has held the role of Vice President, Business & Corporate Development of InPlay since September 2023. Previously, Mr. Leonard was a Founder and Managing Director Investment Banking at Eight Capital.  Prior thereto, Kevin was the Managing Director, Energy Investment Banking at Dundee Capital Markets.  Prior thereto, Mr. Leonard was the Vice President, Energy Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity.
