Board

Mr. Davis is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  He most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of STEP Energy Services until his retirement on September 30, 2022 where he was a co-founder and led the company through multiple acquisitions, expansion into the United States and an initial public offering.  Mr. Davis has an extensive resume with exploration and production companies including management and board positions.  He was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the year in 2006, 2014 and 2017.  Mr. Davis holds an ICD.D designation and he has held board positions with various public, private, and charitable organizations.

Ms. Dunne is an independent businesswoman and an experienced board member. Ms. Dunne is a director of Tundra Oil & Gas Limited, a private light oil company wholly owned by James Richardson & Sons. She was a director of Webber Academy Foundation (from 2019 to 2024), Three Valley Copper Corp. (from 2014 to 2023), Capital Market Authority Implementation Organization (from 2016 to 2021), Painted Pony Energy Ltd. (from 2016 to 2020), and was the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Painted Pony (from start-up in 2007 to 2013).

Mr. Golinowski is a Managing Partner of Carbon Infrastructure Partners (formerly JOG Capital Corp.), a private equity investment management company, where he has been employed since 2007; prior thereto, Mr. Golinowski was an Investment Banker with RBC Capital Markets from 2002 to 2005. Currently, Craig sits on the board of a number of other private and public oil and gas companies within Carbon Infrastructure Partners’ portfolio.

Mr. Erez serves as Chairman of InPlay Oil Corp. and is also Chairman of Delek Group, one of Israel’s leading energy companies with significant operations in the oil and natural gas sector. A Certified Public Accountant with decades of international business experience, Mr. Erez has held senior executive and board positions across public and private companies in the energy, finance, real estate, and commercial sectors. He brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, capital markets, financing, IFRS, and strategic leadership, together with broad experience in international business operations and complex financial transactions.

Mr. Nikiforuk has been the President and Chief Experience Officer of Viridian Family Office Inc. (formerly  Loram 99 Corporation), a private company, since October 2020.  He was the General Manager of Loram 99 Corporation from May 2020 to October 2020 and the Controller of Loram 99 Corporation from November 2019 to May 2020. Prior thereto, Mr. Nikiforuk was the President of MyOwnCFO Professional Corporation since October 2011 and President of MyOwnCFO Inc. from July 2009 to June 2012, both private companies.  He was the Corporate Business Manager of 1173373 Alberta Ltd. (a private company) from July 2009 to July 2011 and the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Energy Inc. (formerly Kereco Energy Ltd.), a public oil and gas company, from January 2005 to March 2008. Mr. Nikiforuk is currently the Chair of the Audit Committee of Whitecap Resources Ltd.

Mr. Shwed most recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Crew Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from June 2003 until October 2024; prior thereto, Mr. Shwed was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Baytex Energy Ltd., a public oil and gas company.  

Mr. Polikar is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience. He currently serves as the VP & Chief Financial Officer of Delek Group Ltd., where he also acts as a director for several Delek Group subsidiaries, including Ithaca Energy Plc (LSE: ITH) and NewMed Energy (TLV: NWMD). Over the past five years, previously he has served as CEO of Aspen Group and Sonol Israel and as CFO of the Israel Electric Corporation. Mr. Polikar holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.
